Jake joined ConnexPay in June 2026 as President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to ConnexPay, Jake served as Executive Vice President, Consumer Payments at Repay Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq: RPAY), where he led the larger of RPAY’s two business units. Previously, Jake served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy at RPAY. Before joining RPAY, Jake was a private equity investor with BlueArc Capital and Trinity Hunt Partners. Jake began his career as an investment banker in SunTrust Robinson Humphrey’s Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Jake received his Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science, magna cum laude, from Colgate University. Jake and his wife, Chelsea, live in Atlanta and together enjoy golfing, snow skiing, and hiking.
