Justin's team is responsible for brand awareness and lead gen across North America and Europe. After more than 15 years of designing and building SaaS products in healthtech and construction tech, he originally joined the product team at ConnexPay in 2023.

Prior to ConnexPay, Justin was employee #1 at Vertical, leading marketing, design, and eventually product, while also managing investor relations and Series A pitches. Today, Vertical handles disbursement control of nearly $2B per quarter in construction payments through it's lien waiver workflows. Before Vertical, Justin was Creative Director at Rally Health (acquired by United Health Group in 2016). At UHG, he led design of the first online Individual Health Record for UnitedHealthcare's 20M members. Eighteen months prior to becoming part of UHG, Rally Health had completed its own acquisition of Spotlite, the benefits enrollment company where Justin originally ventured into the world of SaaS as Art Director.

Justin is based in Florida with his family where his wife's business, teen sports, and travel keep everyone busy.
