Lisa joined ConnexPay as General Counsel in July of 2022. With over 25 years of experience as in-house counsel, Lisa brings a commercially minded approach to her role, aligning strategic objectives with legal expertise. Lisa is known as a trusted advisor and respected corporate leader who thrives on cultivating an environment of collaboration and mutual support. Lisa’s unique skills lie in her ability to seamlessly integrate compliance into product design and delivery, driving innovation while fostering client trust. Prior to joining ConnexPay Lisa spent eighteen years as in-house counsel that Dayforce, Inc, a human capital management technology and services company. As VP, Strategic Legal Matters, Lisa specialized in product innovation and compliance, privacy and security advice and incident response, and was responsible for advising the executive team on strategic objectives. Before that Lisa was Associate Counsel at Ontrack Data International, Inc., a computer forensics and data recovery company where she specialized in contract negotiation, marketing, privacy, and dispute resolution. Outside of work, Lisa finds joy in traveling the world with friends and family, tending her ever expanding garden and otherwise feeding her curiosity.
