ConnexPay SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern the delivery of text messages by or on behalf of ConnexPay, LLC (“ConnexPay,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to individuals who have opted in to receive such communications.

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from ConnexPay, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. SMS Program Description
ConnexPay may send text messages related to your account and payment activity. These messages may include, but are not limited to:

  • Service‑related updates
  • Notifications of Unprocessed Payments

Message frequency may vary.

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from ConnexPay unless you re‑enroll.

ConnexPay SMS programs are supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers. However, ConnexPay is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Eligibility
By enrolling in ConnexPay SMS services, you confirm that:
